How much will a hair colour cost?

You can view our prices on our Price List page, however, unless you’re very sure of the services you require, you will need a consultation with one of our expert hair colourists to get an accurate price. You can book this by calling us using the button at the top of the page.

I’m not sure what to book in for?

I’m under 16. Can I have my hair coloured?

For your safety and due to insurance and manufacturers policies, our hairdressers are unable to colour your hair if you are under 16. This will however make a great 16th birthday gift! Gift cards can be bought on our Book Online page or by popping into the salon!

I’ve forgotten my appointment time, when is it?

You will get a text reminder 48 hours before your appointment. You can also give us a call using the button at the top and we will be happy to look this up for you. If you don’t already have our salon app, we recommend this as it will allow you to manage all of your appointments with your hairdresser, collect free gifts, check your salon loyalty points balance and more! You can download our app here.

How much are hair extensions and fitting?

This varies greatly (typically £100 - £500) depending on the colour, length, thickness and type of hair extensions. To get an accurate price you will need a consultation with one of our hair extensions specialists. Just hit the call button at the top to book one.

Where can I park when I visit?

We suggest Walmer Drive car park directly across the road from us. This costs around £1.40 to £4 for 2 to 10 hours. If you want to avoid the payment machines you can download the RingGo app from your app store to pay through your phone. The RingGo location number for Walmer Drive car park is 22141.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid late cancellation charges. You can do this by calling 01383 223410 during our opening hours. In the event that we are closed, please send us a message. Please do not cancel by voicemail as this will not be picked up until we open and therefore may not give us the 48 hours’ notice we require.
