Please Read Before Booking

If booking a hair colour service: Unless your colour service is a regular colour service with us, please do not book this online. please call us on 01383 2234210 or book online for a consultation. All new colour service bookings must attend a consultation before an appointment can be booked. Any new colour service booking without a consultation will be cancelled.

We are open for bookings 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. You'll receive an email confirmation when you book and a handy text reminder two days before your appointment.

Important Notes

  • All colour services must be booked with a cut & finish or blowdry.

  • Colour prices are not inclusive of a toner unless stated in the price list.

  • All new colour clients require a skin test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

  • All appointments require a 50% deposit of the total bill. All cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours notice. Our full cancellation policy can be found below.

  • An £10 surcharge will apply to cutting and styling services where extra time/product is required. E.g. thick hair / extensions.

  • A £16 surcharge will apply to colouring services where extra time/product is required. E.g. extra long / thick hair.

  • Unfortunately we cannot perform colour services on anyone under the age of 16.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

When booking any appointment we require 50% of the cost of your booking as a deposit which will be deducted from the cost of your bill.

If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or offer an appointment that requires less time.

 

Deposits can be refunded or carried over to your next appointment if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. Unfortunately, no shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged their deposit as a cancellation charge if we cannot fill the cancelled appointment space.

Please do not cancel by voicemail as this will not be picked up until we open and therefore may not give us the 48 hours’ notice we require.

Deposits are not required for in salon rebooking's unless your account shows a history of last minute cancellations or no-shows. 

No shows and last minute cancellations are very disruptive and expensive for our stylists and small business. Our stylists are very busy and regularly have to turn appointments away.  Please note that no shows and late cancellations without a deposit will have to pay 50% of their missed appointment before they can rebook. We understand things out of your control can happen, and if you communicate this we will do our best to accommodate.

For all colours you will be required to have a skin test at least 48 hours before your appointment if it is your first time in the salon or you haven't had your colour done in the salon in 6 months.

Unfortunately we cannot perform colour services on anyone under the age of 16.
