All colour services must be booked with a cut & finish or blowdry.

Colour prices are not inclusive of a toner unless stated in the price list.

All new colour clients require a skin test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

All appointments require 50% of the total bill as a booking fee which is used towards the appointment bill, or refundable with at least 48 hours’ cancellation or rescheduling notice. Our full cancellation policy can be found on our FAQ page.

• A £12 surcharge will apply to cutting and styling services where extra time is required, such as for thick hair or extensions. • A £22 surcharge will apply to colouring services where extra time / product is required, such as for extra-long or thick hair.

Unfortunately, we cannot perform colour services on anyone under the age of 16.
