Christmas is coming up and we all know how crazy busy it gets in the salon (we wouldn’t have it any other way), so we thought we would give you a little update on what we’ve been up to whilst we have a chance.
Keep an Eye Out for Vlogmas
The festive season for us means our annual 25 days of Vlogmas! Keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram pages for some amazing competitions, charity drives, all round festive fun and much more! We will definitely be getting you into the Christmas spirit!
Awards
It’s been an incredible year for the salon thanks to your amazing team and of course, you! We’ve scooped the Salonspy 2019/20 customer service award, placed within the top 3 in the UK in Label.m’s salon retailer of the year, been awarded the Three Best Rated 2019 salon business award and have been invited to the finals in Glasgow next week for Scotland’s most loved Salon! We have also been invited to the finals for another award which we will be announcing soon. We know that none of this would be possible without you, so thank you for being the amazing loyal clients that you are. We can’t wait to see what 2020 brings!
In Salon Improvements
There have been lots of little improvements and tweaks throughout the year in the salon like the new fancy coffee machine and drinks menus, freshly made popcorn and your prescribed product baskets to name a few. We believe attention to detail turns a good hair day in the salon into a great one! There’s one more big change happening in the salon before the year is out and we know you will love it! Keep your eyes and ears open!
Team Training
Every week this year without fail your team has been training in the salon. If we’re not receiving training, we’re giving it to make sure you always have the best hair stylists in the business. To top that off we’ve been travelling to a number of courses all over the UK from the Wella academy in Manchester to Toni and Guy Edinburgh. We've also had the incredible Artistic Director Izzy from Label.m in the salon for fashion fix training, showing the team some awesome styling techniques. Just in time for the Christmas hairstyles!
